……….With Testimonies From Parents
The birthday that is a once in a year celebration was done in a special way by a Man of God the has touched many lives, as one would be expected that his celebration will be done in a five-star hotel with high and mighty in the society but the reverse was, however, the case with Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere who decided to celebrate his 48th birthday with vulnerable children.
The OPM General Overseer in an interview with newsmen after his celebration with pupils of OPM Free Autism and Down Syndrome School 2, situated at Greg Ogbuife Street, GRA phase 2, Port Harcourt, Rivers State described these kids as a special gift from God.
According to him, the reason why he embarked on seemingly this capital-intensive project was drawn out of his genuine desire to mold the special kids in a special way in order for them to become a better citizen in our society.
The birthday celebration recently held attracted parents of these special children where they expressed thanks to the general overseer for lifting a huge burden off their shoulders considering the expensive nature of educating such children.
According to Mr. Okafor Richard who has an 11-year-old boy in the school said he’s very happy seeing the quick changes in his child within a few terms of joining the school free of charge.
“Before my son was so dull and only stayed on a spot but now he’s normal and behaving well and even hyperactive and soon I think he could join the normal school. I must say God has used the Apostle Chinyere to change the fortune of my children”, said the parent.

“She can bathe herself and do other basic things, but before she couldn’t do anything. And we have not paid anything as school fees or for uniform, writing materials; all was given to her for free, so I thank the man of God and congratulate him”.
Mrs. Peace Okafor, a mother of Victor, a 15years old student who also suffered from Cerebral Palsy (CP), which is a group of disorders that affect a person’s ability to move and maintain balance and posture was full of gratitude to the celebrant.
leave only him at home when every others have gone out to schools and work because of his condition but when the Man of God heard about his condition, he decided to take him up from there and he was enrolled here in this school and to God be the glory, Victor’s case has been tremendously improved, and now he can stand on his own and do some things on his own without anybody helping him, and I must add that I have not paid a dime for the whole treatments and care. And I am not a member of OPM”.
Also sharing good testimonies about the OPM Free Autism and Down Syndrome School was Mrs. Suzan Henry who has a 12 years old daughter, Mary Henry that was schooling somewhere else before where she claimed to have paid so much with nothing tangible to show for it, but since her daughter had enrolled free in OPM School.
“Now she’s been responding well to the learning process and the teachers here have promised us that soon we can move her to the normal school for her to continue her studies. I must just pray for the Man of God to witness many more years in good health and abundant blessings”, said Mrs. Henry.
